How I work at your event
I create live illustrations on-site, capturing guests as they are, including the details of their outfits. A couple’s portrait typically takes 7-8 minutes, depending on the complexity of the attire.
Setting up the Live Art Station
I’ll arrive early to set up. All I need from the venue is a table, chair, and power outlet for my lamp. I'll also bring my own decor to create a warm, inviting space for your guests.
Capturing Guests Portraits
As guests arrive, I'll invite them to have their photo taken as a reference for their portrait. Once I've taken photos of the first few guests, I'll begin illustrating the first couple. Throughout the event, guests are welcome to stop by the station to have their photos taken whenever they're ready!
Preparing Finished Portraits
Each portrait is created on premium watercolour paper for vibrant, lasting quality. Once completed, I’ll place it in a protective cover, ready for the guests to take home as a memorable keepsake.
Live Guest Packages
Starting in 2026, my live guest illustration packages begin at €800
for up to 4 hours of on-site drawing.
Prices may vary depending on your event's length and the number of guests.
Travel and accommodation costs are additional and depend on your event location.

4 hours
• 20 Couple Portraits (ideal for events with 30-40 guests)

• 30 Couple Portraits (ideal for events with 50-60 guests)

• 35-40 Couple Portraits finished on location (ideal for events with 70-100 guests)

Any unfinished portraits will be completed after the event and delivered at no additional cost within Germany.
For any international deliveries, standard shipping fees will apply.
Travel Information:
• Local Events: No travel fee applies within one hour radius of Ostkreuz, Berlin.
• Longer Distances: For events more than one hour away from Ostkreuz, a travel fee of €50 per hour (one way) applies, with round-trip travel time calculated.
• Travel from Berlin (5 hours or longer): The flat rate depends on the mode of transport (train/flight/taxi).
I will calculate the round-trip cost and provide approval before proceeding.
Accommodations:
• Travel from Berlin (3 hours or longer): An overnight stay fee will apply. The cost for one night depends on the event location.
Since I usually do live painting between 15:00 and 23:00, it can be difficult to arrange transport late at night. In some cases, an overnight stay may be needed, depending on the location and timing.
