How it works

I set up a live illustration station at your venue
(I’ll need a table, chair, and power outlet for my lamp)

Guests have a quick photo taken by me or my assistant, so there’s no need to sit and pose—they can simply enjoy the celebration while I paint from their photo.

I illustrate guests live in a minimal outline style with hand-painted watercolour
-
Finished portraits are ready for guests to take home by the end of the night
Info & Package
Every wedding is different, my package is based on the size of your celebration
and the number of guests.
My live illustration package is suitable for weddings with around 30–80 guests,
with 5–6 hours of live painting.
One couple portrait (2 people in one portrait) takes around 7–10 minutes, depending on the details.
During the wedding day, I can usually complete around 35–40 couple portraits.
For larger celebrations, the live painting time is still a maximum of 6 hours. Anything I can’t finish on the day will be completed in my studio and sent to you afterwards at no additional cost.
Package Includes:
5–6 hours of live illustration
Guest portraits on A6 watercolor paper
Bride & groom portrait A5 with frame
After your inquiry, we can discuss custom text, personal details,
and how to make the experience fit your celebration.
Travel Information:
• Local Events: No travel fee applies within one hour radius of Ostkreuz, Berlin.
• Longer Distances: For events more than one hour away from Ostkreuz,
a travel fee of €50 per hour (one way) applies, with round-trip travel time calculated.
• Travel from Berlin (5 hours or longer): The flat rate depends on the mode of transport (train/flight/taxi).
I will calculate the round-trip cost and provide approval before proceeding.
Accommodations:
• Travel from Berlin (3 hours or longer): An overnight stay fee will apply. The cost for one night depends on the event location.
Since I usually do live painting between 15:00 and 23:00, it can be difficult to arrange transport late at night. In some cases, an overnight stay may be needed, depending on the location and timing.
