How I work at your event
I create live illustrations on-site, capturing guests as they are, including the details of their outfits. A couple’s portrait typically takes 6-7 minutes, depending on the complexity of the attire.
Setting up the Live Art Station
I’ll arrive early to set up. All I need from the venue is a table, chair, and power outlet for my lamp. I'll also bring my own decor to create a warm, inviting space for your guests.
Capturing Guests Portraits
As guests arrive, I'll invite them to have their photo taken as a reference for their portrait. Once I've taken photos of the first few guests, I'll begin illustrating the first couple. Throughout the event, guests are welcome to stop by the station to have their photos taken whenever they're ready!
Preparing Finished Portraits
Each portrait is created on premium watercolour paper for vibrant, lasting quality. Once completed, I’ll place it in a protective cover, ready for the guests to take home as a memorable keepsake.

Travel Information:
• Local Events: No travel fee applies within one hour radius of Ostkreuz, Berlin.
• Longer Distances: A flat rate of €50 per hour (one way) applies, with round-trip travel time calculated.
• Travel from Berlin (5 hours or longer): The flat rate depends on the mode of transport (train/flight/taxi).
I will calculate the round-trip cost and provide approval before proceeding.
Accommodations:
• Travel from Berlin (5 hours or longer): An overnight stay fee will apply. The cost for one night depends on the event location.

Add-On Option: Polaroid Photos!
Capture unforgettable memories of your guests with Polaroid photos!
Typically, I photograph your guests with my phone. With this add-on, I’ll use a Polaroid camera and create custom illustrated portraits from each Polaroid. You can choose to:
• Keep the Polaroid photos for yourself.
• Gift both the Polaroid and the illustrated portrait to your guests.
